Policies

Specific service, tariff and policy terms apply to the China Local Geographic Number (DID) Service which are contained within this document. This service provides a way for calls to be originated outside China, be delivered into China and be answered without being treated as spam. Chinese callers to the local Chinese geographic numbers will be routed back.

Commercial Terms

Charges are set out in the relevant Rate Amendment and summarized below:

China Usage $0.07 Usage charge per minute to terminate calls into China using a licensed geographic number as the A-Party number. Usage charges will be billed with a sixty (60) second minimum & thereafter in sixty (60) second increments
China Usage $0.050 Usage charge per minute to originate calls to local geographic numbers in China. Usage charges will be billed with a sixty (60) second minimum & thereafter in sixty (60) second increments

Currency is USD. Each DID will be given a start date and rental charges will be applied on a pro rata basis.

VoIP Garden may vary the charges at any time giving the service partner fourteen (14) Business Days notice before the rate change takes effect. Such notices will be sent via email to the nominated partner contact.

How to make a order for these services?

Orders are to be placed with your VoIP Garden representative. Each order will require  verification information:

  • Company Name
  • Company Number
  • Country of Registration
  • Brand/Purpose for local geographic number

Numbers will normally be provisioned within 14 working days of order confirmation

Each order must confirm the City and Region for the local geographic number. Numbers cannot be ported from our in country network partner. There is no legal agreement or mechanism to enable numbers ordered via VoIP Garden to be ported to alternative service providers.

How your China CC calls to be routed?

Calls are routed on directs over our partner networks. Calls to China must show China A-Number ordered from VoIP Garden. All other A number calls will be blocked on this route with a 403 – A Number Forbidden SIP error message. Calls from China will be routed based upon the B number dialed.  

Return path for calls originated in China will be white listed only for China Local Numbers ordered from VoIP Garden.  Service availability is expected to be greater than 99.9%. There are no service level  agreements to govern service availability or fault rectification.

The VoIP Garden NOC working with its network partners will provide a primary contact for all voice related issues and will provide end to end problem management. These should be raised through our customer portal.
